Superintendent Danny Frazier announced his retirement today. Superintendent Frazier voiced concern about his wife’s health. “We have been apart for seven years. She has pulmonary hypertension and is terminally ill. It is time that we spent as much time as possible together.” After, witnessing Superintendent McLeod’s struggles and knowing that he wished he had left sooner than he did to be with Cheri, I decided that this was the time.
I regret leaving Dillingham. I have had many good times here.
The staff and I have teamed for many great accomplishments.
Many great accomplishments are still to come. We have not reached 100% graduation rate or quoting Carol Dweck, “have not reached 100% yet.”
The students in Dillingham are phenomenal.
I wish you well.
A big Thank You to all Events staff, teams and Fans for the wonderful job that was done at the Pen Air Classic Tournament.
A Thank you from Chugiak High School
