Home Support for Internet – End of Year
In the beginning of the school year, the Dillingham City School District provided home support
for internet to any student/family that requested this support from the district. As we approach
the end of the school year, we wanted to give families some direction on how the end of the
school year will be handled regarding this internet support.
For families that had Nushagak internet already setup prior to the start of the school year, the
district payments on behalf of students will be ending on May 1, 2021. Payments on the first of
the month are applied for that month, so this district payment will complete the district’s
payment for this current school year. This will happen automatically on the district-side, and
there is no need for you do anything. Please be aware that you will be paying full price for your
home internet, starting on June 1, 2021.
For all families that have school provided internet and modems, the internet will be turned off on
the last day of school (May 27, 2021). The modems are due back to the middle/high school
office before June 1, 2021. These modems can be dropped off to the front office Monday
through Friday anytime between 8:00am and 3:30pm.
