Immunization Requirements

The Dillingham City School District is required by state law to keep a record of each student’s immunizations. Parents who are enrolling a student in school must show the registrar an up to date immunization record for your child, signed by a doctor or nurse. This record can be acquired at either Kanakanak Hospital or the local health clinic.
