Scholarship Application Package

DIRECTIONS FOR APPLYING FOR LOCAL SCHOLARSHIPS

 

            Each year local businesses and individuals have donated scholarships for our graduating seniors.

 

            The scholarship committee is requesting that each student interested in applying for these scholarships fill out a scholarship packet. The packet should include the following items:

 
1.            A word-processed request letter and cover sheet requesting consideration (see request letter example).
2.            Answers to the questions on the Scholarship Application Form.   Scholarship Application(Example)
3.            Fill out the Financial Plan form.  Financial Plan(Example)
4.            An official copy of your transcript.
5.            A copy of your acceptance letter to a post-secondary school or institute.

 

 

Please take some time to think about your answers and turn in a good-looking packet. If you need some help, please ask your class sponsors/advisors or myself for help. Remember that the time you spend on this could be worth money to further your education!
